Step 1

Initial wedding flower consultation

When working with new wedding couples, I always begin the process with a detailed consultation. This approach considers every aspect of the wedding day, enabling me to design and create a bespoke proposal that caters to your unique preferences. During our consultation, we will discuss the flowers that are seasonal to your special date, colours, textures, shapes and designs.

As an almost-wed, you may have ideas of your own, or perhaps you may desire flowers in abundance, yet require some assistance with flower names. It's not necessary for you to know every floral term, as I am here to provide guidance and support.

This also explains why I offer a free consultation. We will meet at my work studio located in Hampshire (GU11 3ER), where we will discuss your ideas and queries. This will allow me to develop a solid foundation from which to work. We will delve into your needs in detail, considering dress and suit styles, the theme of the day, the colour of your bridesmaids and groomsmen's outfits, the number of guests and tables and the ceremony and reception venue. If you have any ideas, please feel free to bring them with you; these may include Pinterest pictures, swatches of material, or anything else that can aid in creating a picture of your perfect day.

Your partner, friends, or family members are all welcome to join us; however, we suggest having a maximum of three people present, including yourself. Please rest assured that babies and children are always welcome. Kindly note that my assistant, a sausage dog named Maple, may be present during our consultation.

Step 2

Quote Confirmation

Once we have finished our consultation, I will start working on putting all the ideas together. I will provide you with an extensive mood board and a detailed quotation, which will assist in visualising and planning of your wedding day.

Please take your time to go through it and make sure that you are satisfied with each design. If there is anything you would like to modify or adjust, please feel free to get back in touch with me. It is your special day and it should reflect your vision.

There may be times when we need to visit the venue(s) together or meet again to discuss the finer details, but I will be with you throughout the process to ensure that your dream becomes a reality.

Step 3

Delivery and wedding day set-up

On the day of your important occasion, our expert team at Monet's Floristry will personally deliver and set up your wedding flowers. Our team will be diligent in ensuring that the bouquets, buttonholes and other decorative pieces are delivered to the appropriate parties. Additionally, we will meticulously set up all decorative pieces, such as table centrepieces and top-table arrangements, within the venue itself.

Our team will not leave until every flower is in its rightful place. Furthermore, we will return the following day to retrieve any vases, metal frames and pedestals that you may have hired.
